· List property on various rental websites.

· Place ads in local paper.

· Place signs where permitted.

· Coordinate Showing of the property to prospective tenants.

· Conduct extensive tenant screening including criminal and credit checks.

· Prepare the Lease and all other required documents.

· Conduct move-in and move-out inspections.

· Collect advanced rents and security deposits.
